These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the enterprise data infrastructure platform provided by RISE UP LLC ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Access to our proprietary data infrastructure is strictly gated. All prospective clients must undergo a qualification process and execute a binding Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before any data is transferred or accessed. We reserve the right to deny access to any party at our sole discretion.
Data provided through our infrastructure is for internal business use only and may not be resold, syndicated, or distributed on open networks. You agree to use the data strictly in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, including the TCPA and CCPA.
All transactions are processed securely via our Enterprise Portal. Subscription fees and one-time data acquisition costs are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in your master service agreement. We accept major credit cards, verified business transfers, and select cryptocurrencies.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or the executed NDA, particularly regarding compliance or unauthorized data sharing.
